Refund and Return Policy
If we have not shipped your package from our warehouse, you can make changes to your order. But if the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, we wont be able to cancel or do any changes to your order.
Return Policy:
If you are for some reason not satisfied with the purchase from kotasareenanna.com (DORIA WALA), then you can return the package to the below mentioned address within 7 days from the date of delivery. The following products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Please drop us an email at kotasareenanna@gmail.com within 7 days from the receipt of the package citing the reason for the return and please send the package back to us as soon as you receive an acknowledgement. Your reason for return will help us to fix if there are any gaps from our side. Make sure that the original product tag and product packing is intact when you send us the product back.

On receiving the returned package, we will be issuing the credit note for the product value returned. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
- If the returned products have been used, altered or damaged in any way before reaching kota saree nanna office, refunds will not be available. The refund will be solely at the discretion of Red Sanders(the company of the kota saree nanna brand).
- Returns will not be available on custom orders.
- Kindly ensure that original packing is used while returning the item.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery will not qualify for refund.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 5 to 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any refunds approved by DORIYA WALA, it will take 30 days for the refund to he processed to you
Exchange & Refund Policy
